Common Questions
Most home mesh installations take between 2 and 4 hours. Larger homes or those needing cable runs for wired backhaul may take a full day. We confirm the timeline after your site survey.
Yes. In most cases the mesh system replaces your ISP’s router and connects directly to your fibre or ADSL modem. We handle the configuration — you don’t need to touch the ISP settings yourself.
Absolutely. We offer an installation-only service for customer-supplied hardware. Contact us with your equipment model and we’ll quote accordingly.
We primarily serve Sandton, Midrand, Centurion, Waterfall, Fourways, and the surrounding Gauteng areas. Contact us for areas outside this list — we consider almost all Gauteng requests within a 60 km radius.
The once-off price covers hardware and installation. You own the equipment outright.
Yes. If your current system is underperforming, we can assess whether additional nodes or a hardware upgrade will solve the issue, or whether the problem is configuration-related (which is often fixable without new hardware).
