Are you experiencing no signal or blurry pictures on your DSTV?

This issue is most common and can be fixed by checking either one of these problems.

• Your cables might be faulty: You need to check the RF connectors on your dish if it is connected correctly. Check on your LNB if the cable is also correctly connected. Check for sharp bends on your cable as it can also affect the strength of your signal.
• Faulty LNB/Misaligned: Sometimes poor signal is caused by a faulty LNB which needs to be replaced. Sometimes it could be that the LNB is no longer aligned and would need to be realigned.
• Heavy winds slightly moved the dish: It could happen that the dish was moved out of position hence loss of signal or someone has accidentally rotated the dish. Check the direction by comparing it with your neighbors.
