Due to the high fuel price, we will now charge a call out fee for all service requests. The call-out fee is to cover our travel expenses, site inspection, professional advice and recommendations. This is not for the service to be rendered.

Call out Fee Process

• When requesting our Support Services please send through your name, company name (if it is for a company), email address, cellphone numbers and physical address.
• We will send through the call out quote and once accepted.
• We will book a call out request on a specific date and time based on your availability and our availability.
• Once we arrive at your home/business for the inspection, the call out fee becomes active and immediately becomes due.
• You are welcome to either pay cash or eft. The call out fee doesn’t form part of the service quotation we will give you after site inspection.

After the inspection is done, we will then send you a quote based on our recommendations and findings. The quote is obligation free, meaning you are not obligated to use our services. You are however obligated to pay our call out fee request regardless of if you will use our services or not.
