When the Local IT Guy received a special invitation to come maintain the Unifi Business WiFi at Alliance Francaise. The site survey was an exciting experience and it was through that we managed to identify some faulty APs that are deficit and needed replacing. The WiFi network is running on UAP-AC-LR access points and have an outdated firmware with fast roaming not turned on. We had a chat with the facility manager to help them maintain their existing WiFi network. The Local IT Guy was appointed to maintain and upgrade the Unifi Business WiFi system and update the firmwares of all APs. We added additional APs (UAP-AC-PRO and UAP-U6-LR) to increase coverage for an enterprise grade network that is both secure and fast with fast roaming capabilities.
